Almost everyone will suffer from depression, anxiety, or both at some point in their lives. Whether situational or chronic, I have the training and skills to help you manage unhelpful thinking styles, regulate your emotions, and heal from past trauma.
There are many things that stand in the way of having a healthy level of self-confidence. If you are tired of comparing yourself to others, exhibit perfectionistic behaviour, or have difficulty with feeling "good enough", I can help.
Chronic stress can lead to a host of behavioural and physical health problems, as well as stop you from achieving your goals. I can help you identify what's important, set boundaries, and let go of what no longer serves you.
